2. Description of Service

FansPixel provides a pixel tracking and event management service that integrates with OnlyFans and Meta advertising platforms. Our Service allows you to track revenue events and optimize advertising campaigns.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

FansPixel is a subscription-based service priced at $29 per month per OnlyFans account. You agree that:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged on a recurring basis
  • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide to our Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FansPixel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

FansPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
